Yael Elmatad

Yael Elmatad is the Lead Data Scientist on the Search Team at GIPHY. Prior to GIPHY she spent 4 years at Tapad (a Marketing Technology company) as a Senior Data Scientist. As Valedictorian, Yael earned a degree in Chemistry and minored in Computer Science & Mathematics from NYU in 2006, before earning her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in Theoretical Physical Chemistry in 2011.
